Lake Harriet Christian Church
is a community church, located in Southwest Minneapolis, adjacent to the first
ring suburb of Edina.
Our worship service is informal, but dignified. We
emphasize worship and offer communion every Sunday. We celebrate diversity. We
focus on prayer and Christian formation through worship, education, and
relationship building.
We actively participate in a variety of outreach activities in the community and
in the world.
A variety of fellowship and
interest group opportunities occur regularly. Ongoing interest groups are
always open to new participants, and new interest groups are always encouraged
to form.
As followers of Christ Jesus
seeking to be aware of God's presence in our daily lives, we extend an
invitation of welcome to all who desire the experience of spiritual and
fellowship gatherings where folks simply and intentionally walk life's passages
together.
